I use a mixture of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), CBT for Trauma, Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Mindfulness approaches, Compassion Focused Therapy, Transactional Analysis (TA), Analytical & Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Positive Psychology, applied neuroscience, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Single Session & One at a time (OAAT) Techniques, Neuro linguistic programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), The Rewind Technique, Time Line Therapy & Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma and phobias.
